Background#

On 21 July 2025 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted decision No. 138/zp-25, determining which civic associations met the statutory requirements for participation in the assembly of representatives that forms the Public Integrity Council. Twelve organizations were admitted; five were refused.

the Centre for Economic Strategy was among those admitted. The PIC’s fourth composition took office on 4 August 2025, with Yaroslava Volvach, Mariia Horban and Artem Panchenko serving as its delegates.

Sixteen organizations were admitted; five were refused.

the Centre for Economic Strategy was among those admitted. The PIC’s third composition took office on 14 August 2023, with Yevhenii Shulhat, Vitalii Husak, Olha Veretilnyk, Olena Trybushna and Oleksandr Voloshyn serving as its delegates.
